We're Ashley, Julie & Lottie, the founders (& dog) behind every box at The Pet Gift Company.
Like many dog owners, we know that our dogs are more than just pets, they are part of the family. They are there for the everyday moments, the big milestones, and everything in between. So when it comes time to celebrate them, we want something that feels just as special as they are.
We created The Pet Gift Company because we couldn’t find toys Lottie hadn't already loved before. We wanted a birthday gift for dogs that felt truly thoughtful, something beautifully presented, carefully chosen, and made with the same amount of love we put into choosing gifts for the people in our lives.
Every box is personally designed, wrapped and packed by us. We look for pieces that are not only exciting for dogs, but pieces we would happily give our own Lottie.

What's included in a birthday box?
When you place your order, you'll be asked to share your dog’s name, age, and toy and treat preferences, so we can create a box made just for them.
How do I personalise my box?
When you place your order you'll be able to tell us about your dog (their name, size, and any preferences) so we can tailor the box to them.
What size dogs are the boxes suitable for?
Our boxes are designed for small, medium, and large/XL dogs, with toys and treats tailored to suit their size. Choose the box size that best suits your dog, and at checkout you’ll be able to share their name, age, and preferences so we can tailor it just for them.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide! Delivery times may vary by location, so we recommend ordering a little early to ensure your dog’s gift arrives on time.
What if my dog has allergies?
All products are selected with dog safety in mind. However, every dog is different, so if your dog has specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when you order and we'll do our best to accomodate.
What if I need to get in touch about my order?
